United Way of Fort Smith Area Campaign at a Glance

Welcome to the 2010 United Way of Fort Smith Area Campaign!

United Way is committed to improving lives and building stronger communities throughout our six-county area—Crawford, Franklin, LeFlore, Logan, Sebastian and Sequoyah counties.

Much more than a fund-raising organization, United Way directs resources toward our communities’ most pressing health and human service issues and serves as a vital link between those who can help and those who need help.

United Way’s annual campaign is the easiest and most powerful way to invest in your community with 100% of your investment staying local.

2010 Campaign Chairman

Jim Walcott
Weldon, Williams & Lick

A Loaned Executive (LE) is a store manager, an accountant, a delivery person, a consultant, a public relations manager, an administrative assistant and everything in between. They assist the United Way staff in delivering campaign packets, implementing workplace campaigns, volunteering their expertise and energy to help United Way expand fundraising efforts, reach new markets and broaden the base of community giving. In this capacity, LEs make it possible for United Way to gather the resources needed to continue making an impact in our six-county area.

Senior Loaned Executives

Senior Loaned Executives replaced traditional Division Chairs.  Each Senior LE recruits a team of three to six Loaned Executives who call on selected accounts. They hold the LEs accountable for making contacts and following up with accounts.
