Lincoln Childcare Center is the only non-profit that provides vital Quality Childcare to low-income families on a sliding scale. The need for the services we provide is great, because for many in the Fort Smith Area, affordable childcare does not exist. As a result, many small children are often left at home under the supervision of older siblings who should be in school. Worse yet, there are cases where these children are left alone at home.

Lincoln Childcare Center helps to fill the gap in the Fort Smith community. The center:

• Provides affordable quality childcare to low-income families of children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old.
• Before and after school care and summer enrichment programs for school-age children k-6th grade.
• Offer four Arkansas Better Chance programs to children ages 3 and 4 whose family is at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Level.
• Provides on-site therapy services.
• Serves two full meals and an afternoon snack daily.
• Helps build confidence and self-esteem through a loving, caring environment.
• Offers parent education classes.
