Stepping Stone School provides a therapeutic preschool, adult development, a vocational training center, and residential services to Crawford County’s developmentally disabled. Free developmental assessment is available and support services offered include speech, physical and occupational therapy.

Jobs Plus, the vocational division, offers job training to individuals with developmental disabilities, giving them opportunities that they never had before.

• The school identifies young children with disabilities long before they reach school age.
• Five-year old children are helped to transition into public school programs.
• Adults with disabilities are provided the opportunity to participate in real job skills, learn acceptable work habits and vocational assessments.
• Cedar Ridge offers residential services for clients.
