Day of Caring Volunteer Registration

  • If you are registering a group please sign each person up individually, or email the names of each individual in the group, project and t shirt sizes to Carrie Terry at

75 – Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund
To provide supplemental financial assistance to those single parents who are pursuing a post secondary course
of instruction that will improve their income-earning potential.
1 – 2 Volunteers 8:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Mayor’s office in Booneville – Information cards about the Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship Fund to be delivered to area churches.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Transportation to get to each campus churches.

Project is Full – 76 – Boys & Girls Club of South Logan County
8 – 12 Volunteers 8:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Hwy 10 East, Soccer Field Complex – General grounds work, install permanent goal frames, field striping, and other green space area preparation as time and resources allow. Will reschedule in case of inclement weather.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Handling of typical light construction type tools.

SPECIAL NEEDS: General outdoor protective equipment and clothing: gloves, boots, hats, etc.
77 – Girl Scouts Diamonds of AR, OK and TX
15 – 40 Volunteers 8:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
460 Cahinnio Road – Painting the exterior of the dining hall, trail maintenance, power washing and landscaping around the facilities.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Knowledge of pressure washer operation, chain saw/weed eater operation, and painting.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Work gloves, eye and ear protection, pruners, chain saw, pressure washer and hoses, and a tractor (if available).
