United Way of Fort Smith Area Touch A Truck 2024

Police cars, Fire Trucks, 18-wheelers, and even a helicopter are some of what will be waiting for you at United Way of Fort Smith Area’s Touch–A–Truck event! This FREE health and wellness event will be held on June 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the parking lot of Van Buren High School. From 9 am to 10 am will be a sensory-sensitive hour. 

This event offers a unique opportunity to explore and interact with a variety of vehicles and is a perfect outing for kids and adults alike. So, don’t miss out on the fun! SingleCare Prescription Discount Program

Everyone in the community can use the SingleCare prescription drug discount cards for prescription medicine. Not just people with no insurance. There are no usage, age, or income limits.

Healthcare coverage is one of the top concerns for people in our community.  United Way of Fort Smith Area is committed to helping increase access to affordable health care and getting everyone the medicine they need.  Many people who live and work in our community struggle to pay their bills and have to choose between getting the medicine they need and paying for food, rent, or utilities.

Our United Impact

100% of Your Donation Goes to Local Programs

The United Way of Fort Smith Area provides funding, advocacy, and volunteers to 31 Partner Agencies in Sebastian, Crawford, Franklin, and Logan counties in Arkansas and Sequoyah and LeFlore counties in Oklahoma. Every year, over 700,000 individual services are provided to citizens of all ages in this community.
